Peter Budryk is a former Lecturer in Education at Wesleyan University in CT where he was Director of Upward Bound and Founder and Executive Director of Wesleyan’s Great Hollow Wilderness School. He has written for Cape Cod magazine, Cape Cod Life, On The Water, ESPNoutdoors.com, FlyFisherman.com, and NESN.com. He is the author of the acclaimed book Trout and Salmon Lakes of CT, and How to Fish Them, 2000. He lives in Orleans.

Casey Clark

Casey Clark is a native of Cape Cod. As a stage performer, he has starred in plays off Broadway, as well as on Cape Cod at the renowned Wellfleet Harbor Actors Theater (WHAT). Mr. Clark is also featured in a number of films, most recently including Off Season, which he co-wrote, produced and directed.

Captain Admont G. Clark, USCGR, Retired, "swallowed the anchor" on Cape Cod shortly after World War II. For fourteen years, he taught at the Massachusetts Maritime Academy. An occasional author, he has published in Cosmopolitan, Yankee, The Rotarian, among others. He was a founding member and first president in 1954 of the Cape Cod Museum of Natural History. In 1961, he joined the first faculty of the newly-opened Cape Cod Community College, from which he retired as a full professor in 1983. He is still teaching there part-time.

 

Paul Giambarba

Paul Giambarba has written and illustrated a dozen books about Cape Cod ecology, natural history and maritime lore.  His illustrations and designs have won gold medals and other awards from the Art Directors Clubs of New York and Boston and the American Institute of Graphic Arts.  Articles about his work have appeared in American Artist and Horn Book.

He has a decade's experience as a commercial artist and worked as an art teacher at the Nauset Regional School system for 26 years. He has been serving as Curator/"Miller" at Eastham's old windmill for more than a quarter century.

Editorial cartoonist for the weekly Provincetown Banner, Howie Schneider is the creator of Eek & Meek, a nationally syndicated comic strip.  He has also published cartoons in The New Yorker, Esquire, Redbook, McCall's and various other publications.  Howie has published three hardcover cartoon books and seven children's books including Chewy Louie, which was featured on the Oprah Winfrey Show.  He is a two-time winner of te New England Press Association award for Best Editorial Cartoon.  Howie lives in North Truro, Mass. with his wife, Susan Seligson, and their dog Louie.

Peter Wallace is a freelance artist whose cartoons on local politics and culture have appeared in a wide variety of publications, including the Boston Herald, the Boston Phoenix, and the Boston Business News. He is a frequent contributor to the Boston Globe, where his comic strip "Harry Figs Neighborhood" runs regularly in the City Weekly section of the Sunday Globe.
